Authorizes a Committee to act as Administrator of the City of Gillette Retiree Health Benefit Plan and Trust and Designate Members as follows:
1. Vacates and replaces Resolution No. 2186; and
2. The Council designates a Committee to act as the Administrator for the Trust; and
3. The Council appoints the following positions to the Committee: City Administrator; City Finance Director; City Human Resource Director; and two (2) current City employees that are also Benefit Eligible Employees upon recommendation and majority approval of the City Administrator, Finance Director and Human Resource Director. |
