Amendment No. 3 to the original Telecommunications Right of Way Use Agreement, signed September 18, 2017, will allow Visionary Communications, Inc. additional use of the public right-of-way for the installation of conduit to maintain a fiber optic communications system.

Revenue received from this Right of Way Use Agreement Amendment No. 3 shall be deposited in the City's Fiber Fund No. 506.

Anticipated revenue associated with Amendment No. 3 is summarized as follows:

1st Year Project Management Fees:  $2,414.27

Annual ROW Lease Fees:  $424.92
