| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Two (2) New 2020, Midsize All-Wheel Drive Sport Utility Vehicles with Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $58,246.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These are replacements for Unit 68, a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer assigned to Public Access and Unit 137, a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban assigned to Information Technology. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The low bid was $29,123 each, for a total of $58,246. The combined budget allocation for these units is $71,025. Remaining funds ($12,779.00) will be used for City of Gillette decals and upfit requirements as needed. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for Two (2) New 2020, Midsize All-Wheel Drive Sport Utility Vehicles to Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $58,246.00. |
