| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Two (2) New 2020, 1 Ton, 4-Wheel Drive, Extended or Crew Cab, Long Bed Cab and Chassis Pickups with Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $66,852.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These are replacements for Unit 77, a 2009 pickup with utility box used by our Power Division, and Unit 1, a 2005 light with dump body in our Parks Division. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The low bid was $33,426 each, for a total of $66,852. The combined budget allocation for these units is $120,337, Remaining funds ($53,485) will be used for City of Gillette decals and upfit requirements as needed. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for Two (2) New 2020, 1-Ton, 4-Wheel Drive, Extended or Crew Cab, Long Bed Cab and Chassis Pickups to Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $66,852.00. |
