| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Four (4) New 2020, 3/4 Ton, 4-Wheel Drive, Long Wheelbase, Extended or Double Cab Pickups with Spradley Barr Motors of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in the Amount of $120,492.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These are replacements for Unit 139, a 2008 Chevrolet pickup, belonging to Code Compliance, Unit 143, a 2008 Chevrolet pickup assigned to the Warehouse Division, Unit 416, a 2008 Chevrolet pickup assigned to Animal Control, and Unit 79, a 2006 Chevrolet pickup assigned to SCADA. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The low bid was $30,120 each, for a total of $120,492. The combined budget allocation for these units is $172,494. Remaining funds ($52,002) will be used for City of Gillette decals and upfit requirements as needed. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
