| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2020, 1 Ton, 4-Wheel Drive, Long Wheelbase Extended or Box Delete, Crew Cab Pickup with Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $30,913.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for Unit 106, a 2009 pickup with utility box in our Wastewater Division. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The low bid was $30,913. The original amount budgeted was $56,199. The remaining funds (25,286) will be used to upfit the vehicles with necessary equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2020, 1 Ton, 4-Wheel Drive, Long Wheelbase Extended or Box Delete, Crew Cab Pickup to Fremont Motors of Riverton, Wyoming, in the Amount of $30,913.00. |
