| This a replacement for Unit 65 in our Building Maintenance Division. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The low bid was $41,531.34. The amount budgeted was $64,177. The remaining funds (22,645.66) will be used to upfit the vehicles with necessary equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) New 2020, Full-Size, 4-Door, 4-Wheel Drive, Sport Utility Vehicle to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $41,531.34. |
