| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Associated with the Energy Capital Sports Complex 2019 Proposed Improvements (Multi Use Fields), with PCA Engineering, in the Amount of $297,896.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The scope of this agreement includes construction management services for the Sports Complex Multi Use Fields Project. The construction contract for these facilities has been previously awarded to DRM, Inc. and construction is expected to begin in spring of 2020, as soon as the weather allows work to begin. (Project 19EN36) |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The funding for this Professional Services Agreement has been allocated from the General Fund Account 001-10-04-419-70-47310 in the amount of $297,896.00. |

| I move for Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Associated with the ECSC 2019 Proposed Improvements 19EN36 (Multi Use Fields), with PCA Engineering, in the Amount of $297,896.00. |
