| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for the Crestview Utility Extensions to DRM, Inc., in the Amount of $740,809.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
This project includes 850 Lineal Feet of Sanitary Sewer and 520 Lineal Feet of Water Main along Schoonover Street, Patty Avenue and Gallery View Drive with utility services lines to the adjacent property owners. The work also includes 190 Feet of Storm Sewer, installation of 3,800 square yards of concrete pavement, curb and gutter, minor electrical and other incidental work. The pavement will change the current gravel road to hard surfacing. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-70-47420. |
