| Council Consideration of a Change Order for Adding a 4th Turf Field with Lights to the Energy Capital Sports Complex Multi-Purpose Fields Project, with DRM Inc., in the Amount of $1,435,500.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The existing Energy Capital Sports Complex Multi Purpose Fields Project has 3 multi purpose synthetic turf fields, lighting, pathways and a new parking lot to be installed this year. The Change Order for consideration proposes to construct an additional fourth synthetic turf multi purpose field with field lighting to the project. The estimated savings from adding this work now rather than doing it later as a separate project is around $300,000. DRM is the local contractor completing the installation of the fields. |
