| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for unit 40, a 2007 Sterling Plow Truck. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The bid was $150,578, and was the only bid received. Remaining funds ($88,994) will be used to up fit the vehicles with 12-foot plow and mounts, necessary equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
