| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Authorize the Mayor to Execute a Fifth Extension Agreement Between the City of Gillette, Wyoming, and Spectrum Pacific West, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Franchise was scheduled to expire on June 25, 2018. The Franchise has been extended four times by agreement of the parties. The parties wish to again extend the term provided under the Franchise Documents to provide time for the parties to work together to attempt to resolve renewal issues. |
