| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the 2020 Alley Pavement Management System Project, Installed by Mountain Peak Builders, LLC, in the Amount of $90,319.68 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
The project consisted of replacing the alley located between Warren Avenue and Ross Avenue and from 3rd Street to 4th Street. The existing surfacing was asphalt and we replaced it with concrete. To meet current requirements, we also installed an ADA ramp and installed two panels of sidewalk on the west end of the city park.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The contract was awarded for $98,675.10.
Final Cost $90,319.68 (1% Project).
The Funding for this project was allocated and fully funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account. |
