An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 11, Sections Twelve and Fifteen of the Gillette City Code to Revise Parking Offenses and Fines.
BACKGROUND:

Ordinance 2nd reading: 7/0

Ordinance 1st reading:  6/0 (Ward III seat vacant)

This revision to the parking section of Chapter 11, lists all the offenses that were adopted from the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic of Highways rather than referring to a statute number under the Act.  The revision also increases the fine for handicap parking to fifty dollars ($50.00), as requested by the Council.
