| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design Services Associated with a Five-Year Beautification Master Plan Along 4-J Road, with Russell Mills, in the Amount of $39,050.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Russell Mills will assist in putting together an all encompassing Beautification Master Plan along 4-J Road from 8th St to Southern Drive. The consultant will work with City Staff to put together conceptual ideas, potential phasing of future projects and cost estimates for the work to be completed. The Master Plan will include reviewing the existing irrigation usage along 4-J Road, proposing irrigation improvements to help reduce the water usage in the area as well as proposing locations and types of beautification amenities along the 4-J corridor. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
This Project is fully funded with the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund. |
