This project installed new road sections, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, curb and gutter, and sidewalk improvements to support the construction of the current and future subdivisions in Legacy Ridge I and Legacy Ridge II Additions.  These improvements are located on, and adjacent to, Tanner Drive between Shoshone Avenue and Southern Drive.  The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Street Improvements
Tanner Drive:  2,430 LF (9,450 SY) of 5" Asphalt Concrete Pavement on 10" Base Course
Legacy Parkway:  600 LF (2,834 SY) of 4" Asphalt Concrete Pavement on 6" Base Course

Water System Improvements
2,336 LF of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances
912 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
3,660 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main and appurtenances

Storm Sewer System Improvements
308 LF of 42" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
115 LF of 36" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
191 LF of 30" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
537 LF of 18" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
560 LF of 4" PVC underdrain storm sewer pipe and appurtenances

Curb and Gutter Improvements
Tanner Drive:      4,860 LF of concrete curb and gutter
Legacy Parkway: 1,560 LF of concrete curb and gutter

Sidewalk System Improvements
Tanner Drive:  900 LF of 6' wide concrete sidewalk
                        1,530 LF of 4' wide concrete sidewalk
Legacy Parkway:  600 LF of 4' wide concrete sidewalk
