| Council Consideration for the Transfer of Ownership of a Retail Liquor License from New Albertson's, Inc., d.b.a. Albertson's #2067 to Albertson's, LLC, d.b.a. Albertson's #2067. |
| BACKGROUND: |

Albertson's, LLC is requesting the transfer of the retail liquor license that is currently held by New Albertson's, Inc. My understanding is there are four (4) Albertson's in Wyoming who's liquor licenses are being transferred as well.
The application and the supporting documents needed for the transfer were faxed to the State Liquor Division. Corrections have been made and to my knowledge, the State has accepted the application for transfer.
The request has been posted as required by Wyoming Statute and has been advertised for four (4) consecutive weeks beginning on March 22 and ending on April 12. No protests have been received concerning this transfer.
