| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Boxelder Road Extension Phase II-A Project, Installed by S & S Builders, LLC, in the Amount of $1,528,217.96. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project consisted of providing the improvements from Burma Avenue east, to the western edge of the Campbell County Detention Center. The work included roadway paving, sidewalk and pathway installation, storm drain inlet installation, and sound walls along a portion of the adjacent neighborhood. Asphalt paving was also provided at the rear entrance to the Campbell County Detention Center.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The Original Contract Price was in the amount of $1,568,016.75. There was one Change Order on the project for the resolution of final quantities, which resulted in a net decrease to the contract in the amount of $39,798.79. The Final Contract Price was in the amount of $1,528,217.96.
The funding for this project was allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-1011-419-74.02.
