| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Maverik Store Water and Sanitary Sewer Main Extension Project, Installed by DRM, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Maverik, Inc. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new Maverik commercial building near the intersection of South Douglas Highway and Shoshone Avenue. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
450 LF of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
1,783 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
