| Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by Mingles Lounge for June 28, 2013, from 9:00 p.m. to Midnight for Their Annual "Summertime Bash." |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
Bruce Kelley, owner of Mingles, is requesting a Catering Permit for their annual Summertime Bash. Mr. Kelly requested the time of 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for his event. The applicant was notified that the music for the event would need to end at midnight as it could have an impact on the surrounding area. The location of the band will be on the southeast corner of the building.
The Eric Acton, CCFD, has been notified.
