| Council Consideration of a Pipeline License Agreement for a 16" Water Transmission Main Crossing for the Westover Road Zone 2 Water Transmission Replacement Project, with BNSF Railroad, in the Amount of $4,375.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
The new Zone 2 Water Transmission Main that is proposed to be replaced from Highway 50 to Pump Station #2 needs to cross the BNSF railroad at Foothills Boulevard and Echeta Road. In order to cross the railroad, the City needs to execute a Pipeline License Agreement with BNSF. This Pipeline License Agreement identifies the requirements of this crossing.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The cost of this Pipeline License Agreement is $4,375.00. The Agreement will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-1011-419-7411 which has $170,000.00 budgeted for this project.

I move for approval of the Pipeline License Agreement with BNSF Railroad for a railroad crossing at Foothills Boulevard and Echeta Road for the Westover Road Zone 2 Water Transmission Replacement Project in the Amount of $4,375.00.
