| Council Consideration for the Transfer of Ownership of a Retail Liquor License from Pat's Liquors, Inc., to BGM Partners, LLC, d.b.a. Pat's Drive-Up Liquor, Located at 600 S. Douglas Hwy. |
| BACKGROUND: |
BGM Partners, LLC is seeking to transfer the liquor license currently held by Pat's Liquor, Inc. The LLC Members are Michael Ryan, Burce Brown, and Gregory Dougherty.
The public hearing notice has been published four consecutive weeks beginning May 10 through May 31. The State Liquor Division, to my knowledge, has accepted the application and supporting documents required for the transfer of the retail liquor license. No protests have been received. |
