| BACKGROUND: |
Attached is a copy of the easement documents with Mark D. & Jerri D. Hettinger c/o Campbell County Abstract Co. This easement is necessary to construct the Priority I Regional Water District Extension Project in the Force Road Area.
Easements in excess of $5,000 for this project are being considered individually by the Council on the Consent Agenda. Easements less than $5,000 are considered by the Council on the Claims List.
Staff recommends approval of this easement payment. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
Payment for this easement is eligible for reimbursement from the Wyoming Water Development Commission through our 67% grant we have with them for the Gillette Regional Water Supply - Phase I District Extensions Project. The other 33% will come from the District Extension portion of the Capital Facilities Tax revenue.
