Sam Barkey is requesting catering permits for June 28th, 29th and 30th to hold a beer garden at the Donkey Creek Festival that is located at the Gillette College. This event will include outdoor music, art booths and other activities. Stamps and wrist bands will be used to identify those who are of a legal age to consume alcohol. There will be a walled tent erected where the dispensing of malt beverages/alcohol will occur, and one public entrance into the tent. The beer garden will be surrounded by lattice fencing. The Fire Marshall has inspected and has issued permits for the tent.
