| A Public Hearing to Receive Input on the Sale of Used Property to the Town of Upton. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| An agreement has been negotiated between the City of Gillette and the Town of Upton for the sale of a used 2002 Ford F-550 4 x 4, 4-door crew cab 7.3 Diesel Engine Fire Truck for $7500. Patrick Martin, City Fleet manager and the Upton Fire Chief John Strong have discussed this purchase which has also been approved by the Joint Powers Fire Board. |

When the hearing is over, the Mayor can ask for a motion to approve the Resolution to approve the sale.
