Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Subdivision Improvements for the Tenth Hole Estates, Filing 1 Subdivision, Installed by North Star Energy and Construction, LLC, on Behalf of the Developer, Gillette Land Development III. |
BACKGROUND: |
This project installed improvements for 24 lots in the first filing of the Tenth Hole Estates Subdivision, bound by the Gillette Golf Club on the north, Sinclair Street on the south, and Donkey Creek on the east. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System 2,322 LF of 8" PVC Water Main and Appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System 1,716 LF of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main and Appurtenances
Drainage System 153 LF of 18" RCP Storm Sewer 170 LF of 36" RCP Storm Sewer 112 LF of 42" RCP Storm Sewer 740 LF of Sub-Drain
Streets 7,910 SY of Asphaltic Concrete Street 4,068 LF of Curb and Gutter 290 LF of Concrete Sidewalk
The two (2) year Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the subdivision improvements are attached for reference.
