SUBJECT:
An Ordinance Providing for the Vacation of the Southern Four (4) Feet of a Twenty Foot Wide Utility Easement Located Along the North Property Line on Lot 10B, Collins Heights Industrial Park, as Shown on the Exhibit "A" Map, in the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:

The property owner is requesting that a portion of an existing 20 foot wide Utility Easement be vacated in order to construct an addition on the current building at 4001 Collins Road. The property is part of the Collins Heights Industrial Park which was platted in the County and annexed into the City in 2002. There is currently a 20 foot Utility Easement located along the north property boundary. Due to a planned building expansion, the owner would like to vacate the southern four (4) feet of the 20 foot wide Utility Easement. The applicant has been working with the City Electrical crews to have the electrical service re-located to be outside of the area to be vacated. All City Divisions have been notified and no comments have been received regarding this case.

I move for Approval of an Ordinance Providing for the Vacation of the Southern Four (4) Feet of a Twenty Foot Wide Utility Easement located along the North Property Line on Lot 10B, Collins Heights Industrial Park, as shown on the Exhibit "A" Map, in the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements on Second Reading.
