| BACKGROUND: |

Bob Downey, Beverage Broker, is requesting a catering permit for July 27th from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Harely Davidson Shop. They will be having a bike sale and a concert for their customers. Wrist bands and stamps will be utilized to identify those who are of a legal age to consume alcohol.
The Police Department has been notified. They have reviewed and signed the application. The Clerk and Police have no concerns regarding the applicant and/or event.
