| BACKGROUND: |

Bob Downey, Beverage Broker, is requesting a catering permit for August 1st from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Harley Davidson Shop. They will be having a bike sale and a concert for their customers. Wrist bands and stamps will be utilized to identify those who are of a legal age to consume alcohol.
As always, the Police Department has been notified. They have reviewed and signed the application. The Clerk and Police have no concerns regarding the applicant and/or event.
