This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the Westover Road Zone 2 Water Transmission Replacement Project.  The Westover Road Zone 2 Water Transmission Replacement Project consists of replacement of 4900 LF of 12" PVC Water Main with 16" PVC Water Main along Westover Road from Highway 50 west to Westhills Loop (Base Bid) and 2000 LF of 12" PVC Water Main with 16" PVC Water Main from Westhills Loop north to Pump Station #2 located at Echeta Road and Foothills Boulevard (Additive Alternate 1).

The cost for this construction management professional services contract is $211,899.00 which is 9.8% of the construction cost of $2,154,981.13. This represents $1900.00 per day for the 110 day contract. The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-10-05-419-70-47411 which has $4,100,000.00 budgeted for this project.
