Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Garner Lake Village Subdivision, Phase I, Filing I, Installed by North Star Energy & Construction, LLC, on Behalf of the Developer, Writer Group Realty, Inc.
BACKGROUND:
This project installed public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements to support the residential development of the Garner Lake Village Subdivision, Phase I, Filing I, near the intersection of Axels Avenue and Boxelder Road.  The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements
1,270 LF of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances
1,340 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
360 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
1,141 LF of 10" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
1,245 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
389 LF of 8" PVC inverted siphon sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
389 LF of 6" PVC inverted siphon sanitary sewer main and appurtenances

Storm Sewer Improvements
315 LF of 42" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
77 LF of 36" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
583 LF of 30" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
334 LF of 24" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
141 LF of 15" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances
48 LF of 12" RCP storm sewer pipe and appurtenances

Street Improvements
7,073 SY of 4" asphalt paving over 8" aggregate base course
1,618 SY of 4" asphalt paving over 12" aggregate base course
3,790 LF of curb and gutter
