Council Consideration of a Catering Permit Requested by Mingles Lounge for August 16th from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight for their "Cool Summer Nights" Event that will Include Outdoor Music.
BACKGROUND:
Bruce Kelley, Mingles Lounge is requesting a catering permit for August 16 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight for their "Cool Summer Nights" event. This event will include outdoor music and volleyball.

The Police Dept has reveiwed and approved the permit. Neither the Clerk nor the Police Dept has concerns regarding the applicant and/or event.
