| Council Consideration for the Approval of a Professional Services Agreement for Software Analysis and Configuration, with Avolve Software, Inc., of Scottsdale, Arizona, in the Amount of $74,450.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
The City of Gillette already owns Avolve Project Dox Software commonly referred to as ePlans. This request provides for the configuration to disconnect it from Sungard and upgrade it to a stand alone version of Project Dox. This software is used for electronic plan submissions used by Engineering, Planning & Building Permits. Our Current version of Project Dox is not compliant with Internet Explorer 9 or 10, so customers would not be able to utilize this software unless they downgraded their software. This will improve services for both our internal and external customers.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

$90,000 was approved in the FY14 budget for this project. Actual cost is $74,450, a difference of $15,550.

I move to approve the Professional Services Agreement for Software Analysis and Configuration, with Avolve Software, Inc., of Scottsdale, Arizona, in the Amount of $74,450.00.
