| A Notice was published advertising the intention of the City to solicit public opinion on a Downtown Development Grant Project grant application to the Wyoming Business Council for the Gillette Avenue Improvements Project in the amount of $1,000,000. A copy of the Public Notice is attached. |

| After taking public input, the chair can entertain a motion to approve the Resolution. |
