| BACKGROUND: |
|
Power Engineers, Inc. has provided detailed electrical engineering services for the Electrical Services Division's last eight substation projects; Hidden Valley, Energy Park, Axle's Avenue, Swanson Road, Westover Road, Warlow, Meadow Hills and Madison. They will provide detailed electrical engineering, transformer protection relays, testing and commissioning for the Donkey Creek Substation. A detailed scope of work is attached.

The project will be funded under the Power Fund Account #504-70-74-442-70-47432.
