| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed water and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the construction of the new Bomgaars store near the intersection of East Lakeway Road and Butler Spaeth Road. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
641 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
68 LF of 6" PVC water main and appurtenances
Sanitary Sewer System Improvements
318 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
