| Council Consideration of a Quote Award for the FY2013-14 Pavement Marking Project to Design Construction, LLC, in the Amount of $109,020.30. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project is related to the citywide application of roadway and pavement markings to include: centerlines, shoulder lines, turn lanes, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, parking lot stalls, handicap stalls, curb painting, and other miscellaneous painting as necessary.
The quoted contract price is for the Fall 2013 painting application. The prices shall be extended to the Spring 2014 application. The Quote Agreement is renewable, upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and Owner, for a total of three (3) years, with pricing in years two (2) and three (3) only made adjustable to the extent that material costs change.
One (1) quote was returned to the City of Gillette Purchasing Division on August 26, 2013.
