Brittany L. Jimenez Ocampo (Burro Loco, LLC) is requesting the transfer of ownership of the restaurant liquor license currently held by El Burrito Express, LLC. State Statute allows for the transfer of ownership of a restaurant liquor license, but does not allow for the transfer of location.

El Burrito Express, LLC, is in sales tax delinquency and on hold with the Dept. of Revenue/Liquor Commission currently. Ms. Jimenez Ocampo has been informed that the transfer can not take place until this issue has been resolved with the Dept. of Revenue.

The application and supporting documents have been sent and received by the State Liquor Commission and, to my knowledge, have been accepted.

The public hearing has been advertised the required four (4) consecutive weeks, and no protest concerning the transfer of ownership for this restaurant liquor license, has been received.
