| BACKGROUND: |

PCA Engineering, Inc. has provided professional engineering and surveying services for the Electrical Services Division for several years. This agreement will consist of design surveys, engineering design, and construction surveys for the Donkey Creek Substation site design.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
Funding for this project has been allocated in the Power Fund New Substation Account #504-70-74-442-70-47432.
