| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the PMS 2014 Schedule A Project, with Morrison-Maierle, Inc., in the Amount of $102,741.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project will include the pavement maintenance and repair of Sioux Avenue, Mint Avenue, Milton Street, Fox Park Avenue, Sammye Avenue, Darrell Street, and Wigwam Boulevard north of Sioux Avenue. Sanitary sewer issues on Sioux Avenue and Milton Street will also be corrected. Sanitary sewer on Mint Avenue will be extended. The gravel portion of Wigwam Boulevard will be upgraded to a paved section with curb and gutter.
Also included as a sub-project within the PMS 2014 Schedule A Project will be the improvement of the parking lot at Fox Park Park. The park parking lot will be upgraded to a paved section with curb and gutter, as well as meeting ADA requirements.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The fees for Design and Bidding Services of the PMS 2014 Schedule A Project will be $102,741. The budgeted construction cost for the streets portion of the PMS 2014 Schedule A Project is $1,200,000, and the budgeted construction cost for the Fox Park Park improvements is $150,000, for a total construction budget of $1,350,000.
The project costs will be funded by 1% Optional Sales Tax Accounts 201-10-05-419-40-44331 and 201-10-05-419-70-47310.
