| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the Gillette Softball/Baseball Complex CMAR Project, with PCA Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $332,198.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project consists of the construction of the west pod of four (4) softball/baseball fields (complete), access roads from Boxelder Road and Garner Lake Road, and associated parking area. The services with PCA Engineering, Inc. will include construction start up services, shop drawing review, Resident Project Representative (RPR) services, materials testing, client/contractor meetings, change order review, pay request review, and record drawing preparation. This fee also includes subcontracts with Bruce Dees & Associates and with CTA Architects and Engineers.
