SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Services Associated with the WWTF Clarifier Painting Project with Morrison-Maierle in the Amount of $21,029.00.
BACKGROUND:
This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the WWTF Clarifier Painting Project.  This project consists of painting two 75-foot diameter primary clarifiers at the Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF).
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
The cost for this Professional Services contract is $21,029.00 which is 9.2% of the construction cost of $228,200.00.  The contract will be funded from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Fund #201-10-05-419-70-47420 which has $250,000.00 budgeted for this project.
SUGGESTED MOTION:
I Move for Approval of the Professional Services Agreement  for Construction Management Services Associated with the WWTF Clarifier Painting Project with Morrison-Maierle in the Amount of $21,029.00.
