| This is a replacement unit for Fleet Unit 89 that is utilized by several City divisions. This replacement unit was approved in budget and CIP. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |

The approved budget amount for this replacement unit is $128,000.00, which leaves a balance of $3,212.00, which will be used to upfit the unit with AVL and safety equipment.
