| Recognition of Officers Dillard and Foutch as Recipients of the Gillette Police Department's Life Saving Award. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Gillette Police Department would like to recognize two (2) Police Officers who saved the life of a local Gillette resident.
On September 15, 2013, Officer Steven Dillard and Officer Jacob Foutch responded to an emergency call regarding an unresponsive male subject. These officers immediately utilized the AED as well as started CPR, and were able to restore the male's pulse and breathing by the time EMS arrived. The male was later transported to Casper. His family notified the Police Department on September 18, 2013 that he was out of intensive care, his heart was working property, and he was breathing on his own.
These two officers will be awarded the Department's Life Saving Award. |
