SUBJECT:
An Ordinance to Amend Section 2-4 of the Gillette City Code to Change the Time of Regular Meetings from Monday to Tuesday.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance first reading 7/0
An ordinance has been prepared to amend section 2-4 of the Gillette City Code to change the date of Regular Council meetings from the first and third Mondays of each month to the first and third Tuesdays of each month. The starting time of 7:00 P.M. would remain the same. If this ordinance is approved on September 16 at its first reading and is subsequently approved on second reading on October 7 and then third reading on October 21, then the first Tuesday Regular meeting will be on November 5.

I move for the Approval of the ordinance to Amend Section 2-4 of the Gillette City Code to Change the Time of Regular Meetings from Monday to Tuesday on Second Reading.
