| BACKGROUND: |

This 1% Optional Sales Tax project consisted of painting the two million gallon steel water storage tank (Z1-R1 Cemetery Tank). The work included removal of interior and exterior paint and re-painting the interior and exterior of the tank.

There was only one (1) change order associated with this project that decreased the contract by $60,991.21 from the original contract amount of $584,656.00.
