SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of an Amendment Authorizing the Mayor to Sign on Behalf of the City of Gillette, Amendment Three to the City's Schedule J Power Supply Contract with the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska.
BACKGROUND:
This amendment (prepared by MEAN staff) changes the contract to extend the end date from April 1, 2014 to September 1, 2014 when the City of Gillette will acquire CT II.

I move to approve authorizing the Mayor to sign on behalf of the City of Gillette Amendment Three to to the City's Schedule J Power Supply Contract with Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska.
