| The bids were opened on November 20th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Purchasing Division, Central Warehouse, 800 N. Burma Avenue, Gillette, Wyoming.

BID IRREGULARITIES: Mountain Peak Builders submitted an unacceptable bid security by submitting a company check. As required by the project manual in Article 8.01, section 00200 Instruction to Bidders, a bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a bid bond.
BUDGET: Funding for this project will come from the Power Fund account 504-70-74-442-70-47432. The engineers estimate for this portion of the project was $80,000. After completion of the project, the paid invoices will then be submitted to the State of Wyoming WWDC (Wyoming Water Development Commission) for repayment through the Madison Pipeline Project. |
