| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for the Providence Park Drainage Project to DRM, Inc., in the Amount of $38,675.25. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
The drainageway through Providence Park conveys average storm events adequately, but does not carry intense storm events without backing up onto private property. This project will provide an overflow drainage path through the park to carry up to the 100 year drainage event.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
|
The funds for this project will be from the 1% Sales Tax funds for General Drainage Improvements, account 201-10-05-415-70-47405. This project was not designated during the budget process and will be appropriated during a future budget amendment.
