| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Twin Spruce Junior High School Water Improvements Project, Installed by DRM, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County School District #1. |
| BACKGROUND: |
|
This project installed public water improvements to support the existing Twin Spruce Junior High School. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:
Water System Improvements
16 LF of 12" PVC water main and appurtenances
265 LF of 8" PVC water main and appurtenances
The Warranty Statement, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
